Allocation of checkpoint buffer has failed for the specified ISC (Inter Switch Connection connecting to an MLAG peer). In such a case MLAG functionality with respect to dot1br extended ports will not function properly.
This is an internal condition related to software. Check abnormal memory utilization of any process using "show memory". You may need to scale down the configuration related to it.
